La telenovela que se armó hace apenas seis meses entre América y Gustavo Matosas podría llegar a su fin este mismo martes, según señala el portal ESPN.
De acuerdo al medio, este martes se haría oficial la salida del entrenador uruguayo de las Águilas por incompatibilidad de ideas en la planeación del América en el torneo que está por llegar.
Mientras Gustavo Matosas buscaría que América se reforzara con un defensa central, un medio de contención y un volante por derecha, la directiva de las Águilas no ve prudente la llegada de refuerzos.
La idea de Matosas por reforzar, mejorar y ampliar a la plantilla de cara al Mundial de Clubes sería el detonante de la decisión.
Los nombres de Ignacio Ambriz y Javier Aguirre son los que suenan con más fuerza para llegar al América en breve si es que la decisión se hace oficial.
