Rachel posteó la fotografía con la siguiente descripción:
«Tengo estrías y llevo un bikini. Tengo una barriga permanentemente floja tras haber tenido tres bebés gigantes y llevo bikini. Mi ombligo está caído (¡algo que nunca hubiera pensado que fuera posible!) y llevo bikini. Lo llevo puesto porque estoy orgullosa de este cuerpo y de todas las marcas que hay en él. Se deben a la bendición de haber podido tener tres embarazos y este vientre flácido significa que trabajé duro para perder todo el peso que pude».
«Corrió como la pólvora», declaró Rachel. «Estoy totalmente sobrepasada por toda la atención y muy agradecida de que se haya convertido un mensaje positivo para otras madres», añadió.
